When looking for this inspiration for this project I turned to the work of the past, I knew I kind of wanted to combine the old school film cinematography look of the past with this new age style of Vjing. I am a double major with art and advertising so I do find old school advertisements as something that is worthwhile in making, and if I do it in the right way it could be a twist in such a way that it would it could be seen as some sort of kitsch like art form. I want to project these highly edited and altered videos onto a stack of these old school technological screens that I can find in thrift stores in order to show a twist on this old school and new school media. The only problems I have is just editing the videos down and sorting through the videos in order to create something that looks good, and fits in with the assignment.
